Unhappy 2012 T&C - M7 Power Outlet #2 Mini Fuse

2012 Chrysler Town & Country
Power Outlet #2 - the right side one in the console - does not work
Per manual, replaced Fuse M7 with 20 Amp Yellow mni fuse but it stil does not work, not sure how to fix it and hoping for some genuine advice

Our Town & Country is a 2008, so I don't know how yours is put together, but I am wondering if, somehow, there is a wire on the outlet, that is not connected. I had the same issue as you, but mine was a blown fuse. Hopefully someone will kick in here and be able to give better guidance. Sorry I can't be of more help.
