2012 T&C White Smoke
I took my 2012 T&C to the dealership Thursday because the CEL was on. Come to find out it was the left cylinder misfire, seems there was a recall on this that we never got. It was covered under the X56 - Extended Warranty - 3.6L Left Cylinder Head / 2011-2013 Vehicles C A. I got it back Saturday Friday and noticed when I crank it white smoke comes out and does for a little while while driving. Since I got the van back I have driven it about 10 times and each time it smokes. Could it be carbon build up from the valves? Any ideas? Maybe take it back to the dealership?
The usual cause of a brief session of white smoke on startup is a blown head gasket leaking a little antifreeze into a cylinder. Did the dealership pull the head? If so, take it back. Insist that they run a compression test.

Did you take your T&C back to the dealership so they could assess everything and do further diagnostics?
