Default 2012 Town and Country - USB port yanked off

Just bought the 2012 T&C last week and everything is great.

Today I want to load some music into the HDD, so I got the music in a thumb drive, and open the usb plug cover right below the "NAV" hard button, and noticed the USB socket was loose. Further inspection found out it was yanked out, and whomever did it just put the socket back in and cover it...

I'm going to the dealer next week for a walkaround and going to ask if it can be fixed, but wan to ask everyone's opinion. I've heard loading music into HDD takes forever and might be better off having music on a thumb drive and just permanently plug into the USB in the glove compartment. Should I do that?

Thanks all!

Justin
