I have a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country. The windshield wipers are stuck on one speed, the instrument cluster isn't working at all. The headlights are always on you can turn them off with the key but not the switch. The buttons on the steering wheel are not working either, the intrepid lights went working either. The overhead switch for the siding doors is not working but the liftgate switch is. Intermittently everything will work fine and then it'll go out again.

that issue where the lights and wipers come on its a falf safe default issue hey figure that the lights and wipers on are better then they not coming on at all when needed thats a safety issue.
