Default 2014 town and country

Hey guys
im a newbe in chrysler forum, bought my wife a 2014 town and country, its a modified van for my handycapped son
just recently the controls for heated seats and steering wheel stopped working, after reading about it here i discovered a small black box under the drivers seat has about 5 very small
plugs going in to it, anybody knows what it controls or what its called ? I'm hoping this is where the problem is i have not messed with it yet
any help would be great
thanks Joel B

Thank you Alan ,
since its an electrical part i assume it can go bad, I tried to load a second picture showing green corrosion on contacts in plug ports 1 2 and 3
what i dont understand is how did they corrode, also when i looked for it under the seat it was hanging there, not secured, didnt notice it till now,
i tried to clean the corrosion off didnt help, actually after i plugged it in back in the car to check i pressed the heated seat button on dash and the display flashed a bunch of icons chimed and wipers went off, hope i didnt damage something else, drove it around everything seemed to be ok, not going to press that button again LOL Thanks again now ill look for the replacement, let you know later how things work out

On another site it's listed as a Integrated Trailer Tow Brake Module Controller & Resistor so it may not be related to your problem.
The fact that it was hanging loose could be from the previous owner investigating the problem that you are experiencing.
