Default 2014 Town and country catalytic

Hoping for some hints here. I developed an exhaust leak, accompanied by a worsening rattle on my 2014 town and country. I'm not seeing any parts or diagrams online that resemble what I have under there. 1. no heat shields anywhere are found
2. it appears to me that I have a "one-piece assembly" running all the way from tailpipe-muffler-catalytic-flex pipe-manifold.
3. the catalytic does not look like any available parts specified for that vehicle, it is a long, somewhat narrow diameter piece with no heat shield,
I think I found the source of leak and the rattle......the flange on the engine side from pipe to catalytic (or on the catalytic) is rusted and cracked almost 50% of the circumference . I can get a very slight wiggle at that joint when I push on it and if I bang it with hand, I get the rattle. This is a California vehicle that has passed smog for dmv renewals under my ownership.
So...what do I have under there? Is it a carb compliant device?

if it a cali van then the exhaust will be different any car sold there has different setups then the other 49 states. when you look for stuff make sure its a cali diagram not a federal which is what you will find the most of.
