Default 2015 Chrysler Town and Country Problem Child

Hopefully someone here can help I have been battling my 2015 Chrysler Town and Country for over a year. I have brought it to multiple mechanic shops and now I've decided the only person that can fix it is myself. So just a little backstory. The vehicle has had new spark plugs new coils, fairly recently. I started getting a p0175 and p0172. I brought it to a mechanic shop they said it was the ECM I bought a replacement ECM and it did not solve the problem. I then took it to another mechanic shop they said that it was probably the year two sensors so all 402 sensors were replaced with ntk O2 sensors and this did not solve the problem. Another mechanic shop said it was the fuel injectors and they were replaced with Mopar OEM fuel injectors. This did not solve the problem. I've done a vacuum test on the vehicle smoke test. It did have a small vacuum leak which was repaired with a new hose. But this did not solve the issue. When I got it back from one mechanic I had an issue with a run on start. I was getting a camshaft sensor code So I placed both camshaft sensors and the crankshaft sensor and that solved that problem. I was randomly getting a multiple similar misfire code and randomly also getting a catalytic converter PO420 code also. I did a temperature check on the catalytic converters today and they seems fine I was getting 280° coming into the catalytic converter at around 500 Degrees leaving. I was thinking maybe it was the air intake temperature sensor and that was replaced also I monitored it today with the odb2 sensor and it seemed to be working properly. The map sensor was also replaced when the fuel injectors was done and it seemed to operate correctly for about a week before the lights started coming back on again. The map sensor seems to be working correctly from the live odb2 data. I'm going to attach my live odb2 data so that if anyone knows they can review it. I am at the end of my wits with this vehicle but I'm In Too Deep to get rid of it as I have recently spent $5,000 on rebuilding the transmission. I use this vehicle to transport my autistic son so it's something that I really need to get resolved. There's anyone that can give me suggestions or help I would greatly appreciate it as I have no idea where to go from here. The only thing I have left to change that I know of is the coolant temperature sensor. But according to the live data it seems to be working correctly. My fuel trim is all out of whack and that's what's causing the po72 code it shows a negative 33 long-term fuel trim I'm bank one and Bank too. Any help would be greatly appreciated
