Default 2015 Chrysler Town and Country Problem Child

I have had too many issues with my van to go into detail but I think I have narrowed down the problem. Please see the attached photo. The following have been replaced by mechanics working on this van trying to resolve an issue with po172 and po175. I am intermittently getting p420 and also sometimes a multiple cylinder misfire. All four O2 sensors have been replaced with ntk, the fuel injectors have been replaced with Mopar OEM fuel injectors, the map sensor has been replaced along with the air intake temperature sensor. I've been dealing with this for months with no progress. I just noticed the high map pressure. I'm assuming it's high according to Google. Can it someone give me some insight as to these readings and if it's incorrect what could be causing it. The last mechanic I took it to replace the 4 02 sensors and the fuel injectors along with the map sensor and I didn't have an engine light come on for 4 or 5 days but now it's back. I've done vacuum test on the engine for the catalytic converters and they don't appear to be clogged I also did a pyrometer test on the catalytic converters and the temperature seem to be appropriate. Any insight into this would be helpful the only other thing I found today was a small exhaust leak right before the muffler on the muffler itself but I'm being told that that may be for water drainage. I welcome any help

Default Update

For some reason the OBD2 scanner I was using was giving me the incorrect HG of vacuum at the map sensor. I put a gauge on it and use a different odb2 scanner and the vacuum is correct I also did a smoke test and did not find a vacuum leak. I did go back through my freeze frames and it appears that every time the check engine light comes on in this situation the engine is at idle RPMs. Also while doing the catalytic converter test I noticed it was very difficult to hold the gas pedal steady at 2000 RPM. Do you think there may be an issue with the idle air control valve for maybe the actual throttle body?
