Default 2016 Town and Country Touring - rear blower problem

Over the last month or so, any time the rear air or heat is turned on, it doesn't always work. When it does work, you can hear a repeated clicking sound coming from the rear passenger side.
Tried scouring the interwebs for possible solutions but came up empty.
Could it be the blower motor resister?

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Thank you!

Hello Frogginfish,

We're very sorry to hear of this happening! If you are unable to receive more feedback from here. We do recommend contacting your nearest servicing dealer to have this concern diagnosed. We have located STAR case number S1524000011 that shows similar concerns to the one's you've expressed here. Please feel free to mention this to your dealer as this may help diagnose your concerns.

Hi,

Did you ever get a solve for this. Mine is doing the same. Jumperd the relay, proves the system works. And since I can vary the fan speed, so I think the resistor is good.

Thanks,
