Default 3.6l Pentastar right timing chain tensioner release

Hello, I’ve been struggling with an issue on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler and was hoping somebody could help. I am replacing the cam phasers on the right side (passenger side) of the engine and can’t figure out how to release the tension from the secondary timing chain tensioner without removing the timing chain cover. I have the special tools for doing this (10369a for blocks post 2012) and have looked through the Haynes manual which doesn’t provide sufficient instruction or diagrams. Can somebody please help explain to me how I can release the tensioner?

I haven’t posted before so apologies if I don’t have the proper etiquette.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Eric
