My dad own's a 94 Town & Country 3.8 liter and he bought a kit to charge the AC and it wont take a charge! He say's the compressor is working? Anyone know what the problem could be? He is trying to do this himself.

Make sure it's hooked the "low" pressure side. (larger pipes than the High pressure side if not marked) Hopefully his kit has a pressure gauge so he won't overcharge.

Another tip is to immerse the recharge can in a pan of hot water. The R134 will cool as it goes in, so heating it will assure that you get your money's worth. [&:]
