98 Chrysler Town and Country sx speedometer off

Default 98 Chrysler Town and Country sx speedometer off
my speedometer is over by 15 and won't go past 60. The gas and temp gauges work fine. i knock on it and it moves. sometimes the dash turns off so I have to unplug the back and plug it back in to get it working again

That's what I was thinking, gonna learn to soder shouldn't be too difficult
