Does the headlights coming on when the key fob is used to unlock the doors part of the security system? My inside lights come on but the headlights don't. I also have a shimmy in the front end when traveling around 55 or 60 and apply the brakes. Is that a warped rotor? Thank you.

 

chk your owners manual if there is a setting to turn them on it will have it for u if not then its not avail as for the brakes yes warped rotors.

 

Not sure of a 98 but on my 07 , headlights do nothing when messing with the fob, only the parking lights do their blinking. For the feel, your rotors may need to be replaced.
