Default 99 T&C Accessory Outlet Question

I have two 20A accessory outlets in my 'new' (new to me, of course) 1999 T&C LX. They both appear to be tied to the ignition switch as they do not retain power after the keys are removed.

Is there any (easy) way to convert one or both of these to remain powered after ignition is off? Or am I better off running a new line direct from the battery and installing my own outlet (fused, of course)?

One of my previous cars had a fuse block that allowed me to select whether or not to retain accessory power after ignition-off (might have been my 01 Intrepid?) by moving a fuse from one spot to an ajoining one (it was a 3-hole fuse socket, I believe).

Thanks! (Love this van!)

I figured as much.

Any tips on running power lines through the firewall? This is my first minivan - difficult to determine if there are any unused plugs in the wall into the passenger compartment... looks like the easiest would be next to the hood release cable... I welcome suggestions! :-)
