99 T&C Door Locks and Interior Lights

99 T&C Door Locks and Interior Lights

I have a 99 Town & Country. When the key is off, the door locks and interior lights don't work. If the engine is running, then they both work fine. Any ideas? Thanks.

possibly looking at a body computer and or the junction block.
