Default Aircon display always says "lo" 2014 t/c

No matter what setting I use the display always says "lo". I've only had the van a few months and this is my first Chrysler. Is there a button I'm not pushing?

Thanks all!

That sounds very strange, LO is the symbol indicating the lowest possible temperature setting.
I'm not an expert on the newer ones like yours but in mine that happens when you keep pressing the down temp buttons to force it as low as it'll go. I'm assuming you've tried the normal physical stuff, holding buttons in, tapping them (in case they've somehow got stuck) and don't get anywhere.

Do both sides show LO too, passenger and driver? I'm wondering if it needs re-calibrating as there is a sequence to do that.

The sequence to recalibrate is:

Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
Simultaneously depress and hold the Power and Recirculation buttons on the heater-A/C control for at least five seconds . The manual heater-A/C control power Light Emitting Diode (LED) and Recirculation LED, or the Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) heater-A/C control Delay and Recirculation graphics will begin to flash when the calibration procedure has begun.
The calibration procedure should take less than two minutes to complete for the manual heater-A/C control, and less than twenty seconds for the ATC heater-A/C control. When the LEDs or graphics stop flashing, the calibration procedure is complete.
If the LEDs or graphics continue to flash beyond the normal three minute (manual) or twenty second (ATC) calibration time, it indicates that the heater-A/C control has detected a failure and a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) has been set
If the LEDs keep flashing beyond the calibration time (twenty seconds or 3 minutes) then it means a failure has been detected. At that point you need to get the codes read (AFAIK the A/C codes cannot be read using the key dance) so would need a diagnostics reader plugged in to find the problem now.

Hope that's a bit of help or can give you one more thing to try before getting codes read.

Ahh okay, the only comparison I've got with that then is my model has low and high which refers to the auto fan speed mode it's in, so I'd assume it has the same function. How you'd change that on yours, I'm not sure though I'm afraid.

Hi jcar2,

Has your Chrysler dealership addressed your concerns? There have been some flashes released for the 2014 T&C, so your dealership may be able to apply those for you. Not sure if they'll help, but it's worth a shot!
