Default Chrysler Grand Voyager 2005 rough idle

Hello everyone, fairly new here, I have a recently purchased Grand Voyager 2005 model, with a rough idle. (Came with problems) Trying to find the issue. Previous owner has installed new plugs, leads, and coil pack. Had an engine analyser on it and it still points at the coil pack. However I don't think it is an accurate analysis as this is the second coil pack on the vehicle from the original. The previous owner had an analyser on the vehicle and it pointed at Air Flow Sensor. The indication I was given over the phone was that the Air flow sensor was 'unplugged'. Also the Catalytic converter may be damaged as it was making strange noises at idle. Again Idle is rough but no codes in the odometer after the ignition test. I have googled this a bit and it seems to make sense as the Catalytic converter can be damaged due to different temp for fuel ignition? The airflow sensor may be called Airflow Pressure sensor for this vehicle. What do you think?

get THROTTLE BODY and EGR cleaned... I assume the mileage might be over 40k or it may be driven in very dusty conditions. If it doesn't resolve then change CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR and CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR
All the best

Yes sticking EGR can give rough uneven running on most petrol engines.
