I have voltage tester, and when I check the voltage when the car is runing I have on display: Alternator test 15V high - 14V Normal and 13.5 Low.
should I change the alternator?
thanks

13.5 is normal the load and voltage being put out by the altnator is based off the load on the engine at the present time aka lights on, ac on, radio that sotra stuff. Did u just want to see what it was doing I mean is there any real reasion why u think u need an altnator? Chrysler alts almost never go bad unless installed wrong computer spikes it. If u want me or Moe to tell u why they dont work like a GM we would be glad to tell.

its because I check from all cars at home and all show me 14V (Normal) and only my van 13.5(low) and other think is when I'm driving at night the lights looks sometimes that loose brightness for half of second and heather loose little of power on fan for half second too, all together.
