Default Another Heater Problem

My 1998 3.3 Grand Voyager does not divert hot air to the foot wells.

The AC, blower and all remaining air vents work fine with the controls.

Any ideas?

Thanks

My idea is something is broken. With a quality factory service manual, you will have all the information on how to repair it logically with pictures and written proceedures instead of taking a guess at everything. There is a calibration proceedure that cycles thru all the door positions. This proceedure is listed in the factory service manual.

I have carried out all the calibration tests a number of times and have a workshop manual. My feeling is that the motorised flap for the lower vents is broken or stuck.
