Bad A/C
looking at the belt routing you could probably get away with it, just bypass the compressor and idler pulley. The standard belt is 1.420m, so I would guess you'll need something about a meter.
Has the compressor/clutch seized then?

Its making a terrible sound, fearing it will seize soon. A/C doesnt work, hasn't for about a year now, rear evaporator and lines are bad. I see rockauto has a bypass pulley setup but I'm fearing through the 3 days that I may be in trouble.
Thanks Richard but that display doesnt match up to my 3.8, on this display it looks like there are 2 idler pulleys, I have one one.
Does it only squeak with the AC is turned on? If so try turning it off and try again. If it squeaks when the AC Is off then I would imagine you have a faulty compressor clutch. As well as a seized compressor.
Its making the noise all the time, I'm just worried of it completely seizing before my parts comes in.

The following applies for the 3.3L and 3.8L engines:
Yes, it can be bypassed using a 79.0" pitch length belt, some people say the clearance between the back of the belt and AC compressor pulley is close, while others say there is plenty of clearance.
Belts that should work:
Duralast 790K6
Gates K060790
Dayco 5060790
Napa 25060790
Goodyear 4060790
Here's a diagram of the bypass belt routing:

If you want to permanently eleminate the AC compressor, Dorman sells an AC bypass pulley (Part # 34241).
