Van has about 143k miles 2006 Town and Country.

I think my son may of been playing with the controls or something, but the Power Locks for both sliding doors stopped working. They lock manually still and they still open/close using the remote or push button in the front console.

Just the remote locks and power lock buttons don't work.

Any idea what this is?

have you got a lock overide button on the overhead console? - make sure that is not disabling the doors

Yes I made sure it was turned off.

The weird part is sliding works great, but it's like the power door locks are disabled. I would believe it being a accuator if not for both doors stopping at teh same time and they haven't had a lot of use in the past.

 

Try disconnecting the cars battery for a minute then retry,maybe?
