Hi, my 2000 Grand Voyager has recently had the A/C evaporator core replaced. Now when I change the vent from face level to anything else like windshield it makes a loud clap sound. Other than taking it back for the workshop to fix can anyone tell me what is making that sound.

that would be the doors slaming onto the HVAC housing they did not put back foam between the doors.
