A/C O-rings, Can't find correct sizes!
2003 Chrysler, T&C, 3.8 engine.
I have been working on my A/C on and off since July. Always leaky Orings! For some stupid reason Chrysler does not have an Oring replacement kit so I have to try and match them up. All the parts stores sell a kit but they do not match.
Is there a kit out there that actually matches the original sizes???

Well the problem is bad advice!
Originally my pump went out and I was told to replace the drier and the blocks (front/rear). These came with new orings that I used and they are not the correct size. Later, of coarse, people told me I shouldn't have touched anything but the problem then have the system purged before recharging. Water under the bridge now!
I don't have the original orings and just keep replacing with next larger size. I have been to dealers and parts stores and A/C repair shops and everyone keeps telling me thats about all I can do.
I was hoping someone on here had experienced this before and new the sizes or new of a particular kit.
Thanks!!

During the test drive of the T&C the A/C clutch burnt out (with lots of smoke). Good bargaining tool but now I'm not so sure it's worth it! I bought the Van and replaced the entire compressor.
I researched the process and asked people many questions. Unfortunately, I didn't know about this site yet! Several sources instructed me to replace the condensers (? little blocks with diaphragm) front & back and the dryer.
In answer to your question about which O-rings, ALL of them. Each part came with new O's but none were the correct size. The kits that some parts stores sell were not the correct sizes. The dealer does not sell them by part number. You take them in and match them up. This would be fine if I still had all the original O's but I replaced them with the O's included with the parts. Didn't know anything was wrong until I tried to have the system charged.
I have had to use calipers and take measurements then go to auto parts stores and go thru there A/C O-ring tray and pick the closest size. I install them and do a leak test. Find the next leak repair it and do it again.
I'm sure someone on here would have told me not to touch anything I didn't have to. Maybe someone on here has been through this and has sizes.
Anyway, thanks for the help!

If you don't get any joy here try The Chrysler Minivan Fan Club . I recall A/C orings in a topic over there some time ago.

Buy one of these sets. If it doesn't have your size then you'll never find it:
