Default A/C panel lights are blinking

I ran my battery completely empty and had to jump start my Chrysler T&C (1997). After that, the lights on the rear wiper, intermittent wiper, the recirc. button, and the A/C button would blink for about 15-20 min. A/C appears to be working as far as I can tell (cold air comes out of the vents). After pressing wash and rear wiper buttons for 5sec to run a diagnostics test, the lights on the rear wiper and intermittent wiper stop blinking, but the A/C & recirc. lights still blink. I believe that this all came about because of the run down battery and the A/C seems to work fine. What can I do?

warm the van up first and have it on full heat for 5 min so that really hot air is comming out of the vents then run the same test again and right when u stop holding the buttons then move the slider over to cold.
