recently both of the locks on my rear sliding doors stopped responding to the remote. I have to open them manually. I don't have automatically closing doors. Has anyone here had the same problem with their doors not responding to the remote? What could be wrong with the lock?

If you haven't found it yet, check the overhead switch panel lockout switch position.
