Default CODE 45 & 32

Hello, I have a 1997 Chrysler Town & Country LXi AWD 3.8 V-6. My check engine light is on. So I did a self test by turning the ignition on and off, on, off and back on. It gave me three codes.

CODE 12 Battery Disconnected recently.
CODE 45 EATX controller DTC present - An automatic transmission input DTC has been set in the transmission controller.
CODE 32 Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system failure.

My question is, what does 45 and 32 mean? What needs to be fixed? What do I need to do to have the check engine light stay off?

Thanks!!
