Default Code P0440

Hi..... I was driving my Grand Caravan, and I got a check engine light one, so I checked the code and it gave me Code P 0440, its a 2004 Grand Caravan. I was wondering if anyone knew what it is and how to fix it.....

Okay.... I knew it was a gen evap code, but what should I look for to see if there are any problems..... I heard that most of the time its because of a loose Gas Cap
