Default code PO401 need help

I have a 99 t/c with a 3.8 liter and code PO401 comes up with check engine light on. It says it has insufficient airflow. What can I look for to fix the problem? What is this code?

Not necessarily. I replace the EGR valve and have the same code again. I was told too clean the passageways.
