Working on a 2003 Voyager LX it was working fine yesterday now today I try to start it and it just clicks like the batt. is dead but my volt-meter shows the batt. at 12v. but when I hook-up a booster box it starts. Now if the batt is fully charged why do I need to jump it......confused

 

batter has low amps replace it
