The problem to add here is, the Steering Wheel Air Bag, you don't want it going off. So get any codes read and knowledgeable assistance.

Yes, horn still works. And no engine light on. On/off button still turns on dash light. It just doesn't effect the vehicles actions.

2 other things I would check.

Take a look at the vacuum unit, you should see a cable from this leading to your throttle. Make sure that is moving freely. If not give it a good squirt of WD40. I've seen several of these things sticking.

The other items I would check are the vacuum hoses. Pull one off at a time and inspect it for cracks and blockages. My CC just didn't work well at all. It just couldn't hold a speed. to fast, to slow, accelerating. however. I've replaced all the vacuum hoses whilst doing another job and it works great now.
