Default Cylinder 1 Misfire help

My 2011 Town and Country stalled out two days ago and I can't keep it running. ODB code says Cylinder 1 Misfire. The Electronic Throttle Control light is on as well as the check engine light. It won't idle unless it's above 3k rpm and anything below it sputters and dies. I replaced Cylinder 1 spark plug and coil pack. I also swapped Cylinder 1 fuel injector with Cylinder 3's fuel injector. No change in performance or code. So what else could it be?

if you've ruled out a bad fuel injector and the spark plug and coil....
( I'm assuming that engine has no plug wires and the coil mounted directly on plug, if not could be bad wires )

bad wiring to fuel injector
intake manifold leak
burnt valve(s)
blown head gasket
low cylinder compression
faulty ECM

verify your fuel injector wiring to that cylinder is okay , this can be done with a volt meter

If above checks out, do a compression test on the engine

Does the coil pack come with the lead and plug connector fitted, if it doesn't change them. A damaged lead causes a misfire that's hard to trace.
