Blimey, looks like the rust has got a hold already. Good job though, well done.

The rust is just superficially I'm gonna attack that with a spraycan
I washed the car to see if there was any colour difference but it looks good.

Important things I learned on this job:

*You need a very good knife + hot air paintstripper against the hardened out kit to disassemble parts like window/plate and rubber strip.
*You can adjust the height of the siding door through the lower 3 bolts
*placing the "blind window" on exactly the right place and height appeared very very difficult. You need DIY place holders and lots and lots of heavy duty glue/kit. I used Bison Polymax, a whole can of it.
I ended up with the exact right position of the plate but like 4-5 mm "deeper" than the plate on the rearleft windowplate
Nothing I can do about that now anymore.
*all doors of this type are exactly the same: Dodge, Chrysler, etc. The door I bought came from a Ltd with the three ribs and the Chrome like strip on the side, but that appeared to be a plastic addition to the door which was glued (again!) with tons of kit (again!) on the door. My ultimate hot air canon got rid of that!
