Default DRB cable

Can one of the technical guys on here take a look at this item on ebay for me

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/New-D...motiveQ5fTools

and let me know if this would allow me to use an OBDII scanner (one of the cheap versions available) on my 2001 (UK spec) 2.5CRD Voyager?

Annoying, to say the least, that it's easy to buy a home OBDII scanner, but nothing for the DRB. That's progress I suppose.
