Default Which DVD player

I had a 2007 Chrysler T&C with the DVD video system and a six-disc changer. As I recall it, the single disk unit built into the radio is the one that plays the DVD's for the rear screens. The lower six-disc changer played audio CD's as well as ones with mp3's and wmv's, but not DVD's.

There's only one way to find out for sure. Put the DVD into one of the units and see if, and where, it plays!

hi
Are you in the uk? what I do know is if your DVD player (unit under the radio) has MOPAR on it then hand set will also need to be a MOPAR one (i.e has it stamped on it) and is after market one. If not it's a chrysler factory fit one.
A lot was fitted a port so will not show as factory fitted on a build sheet so this could be why the dealer is having a proplem.
I have a upgrade kit under my bench at work so I normally just try the remote if it doesn't work I know it's the other one.
