Default Dvd Control Module

We have a 2006 T/C Limited with the Navigation and Dvd Changer. Only problem is the Dvd Changer and screen does not come on, there is no power going to the system at all. After we first purchased the vehicle I had a mechanic look at it and he told me the control module that the dvd changer plugs into had no power and needed to be replaced. He could only find it through the dealer for around $600? I lost the part number but I remember calling them up myself and there was four or five different "updated" part numbers which tells me this is a common problem. Anyone know where I can either find an after market or used module?

What I need is the module the DVD player plugs into, its located on the bottom center kick panel on the passanger side.

Does it say AD-6869 on the module? Or any other numbers?
