dvd drop down screen

Default dvd drop down screen
I have a 2005 Grand Voyager with a fitted DVD player with a drop down screen,although it has worked recently I am now unable to turn on the screen although the DVD plays and the sound can be heard
What could I be doing wrong or what could be at fault

screen not all the way down?
Screen not turned on (press the head phone button)
The screen if faulty.
