Hi,

Ive had my Grand Voyager for a month now, and am totally chuffed to pieces.
The only things that are lacking is
1. The DVD screen doesn't work, you can hear it through the speakers, but not on the screen. It didn't come with the remote or any headphones.
2. The clock button on the radio doesn't work, when pressed it says 'waiting' or something similar, then after a minute or so just goes back to the radio.
3. The radio will not keep any preset stations I programme. Each time I get in, they're all gone again.

Could these 3 things be related?
Any advice much appreciated!
