Please help!!
so I just recently purchased a 2005 grand vogager with a 6 disc dvd player and one dvd screen that comes down from the overhead.... but no remote!! I can not get the screen to come on. Its just blank. I can hear the dvd playing so it works but screen just blank.

Does anybody have any ebay links to the correct remote that may switch the screen on?? Or anybody know any hacks to get it working without a remote??

Also I'm in the UK and it's a right hand drive automatic!

Do you have a picture of the DVD player as there's quite a few different models

 

 

That's the same as mine, guess what problem I have with it.....No Remote....I have started a thread on here today so hopefully between my and your post we might get an answer

 

Bex I've just brought this from the USA, It won't be here for a couple of weeks, so if you want to hold fire on buying one I'll let you know if it works mine as soon as it comes

Yes this is the remote for the one we have - Although my screen still didn't light up lol but all the functions worked with it - Time to look at the screen/ wiring. Here's the number to look for CHRYSLER 5094043AB Genuine OEM Original Remote

 

Well found out why my screen don't work.......Anyone want my remote control £50

 

Before you give up, I would try brushing the excess off with a small dry brush then spray it with switch cleaner. If possible blow it off with compressed air.

 

I used to repair tv's, believe me it's toast....
