Electric door locks don't work
Have a 2005 town and country and the electric door locks stopped working. All the door functions work if they are manually unlocked, like the power doors open from the car or the remote, and console lights come on. The remote door lock does lock and unlock the rear tail gate. The overhead console lights come on when the remote unlock is pressed and go off when the remote lock button is pressed. Nothing happens though when pressing the door lock button or the remote lock button.
I think can probably rule out the switches themselves because both (driver and passenger) door lock buttons stopped working at the same time. I'm suspecting a fuse or relay or ???? but I don't know where to look except in the fuse box in the engine department and I can't find a fuse or relay marked 'door locks.'
Anyone have any thoughts and help on this before I take it to Chrysler for probably about $75.00 and a 5 minute fix?????
