Default The electrical system is having problems

Has anyone had the problem where the entire electrical system stutters and then shuts the car off?
We got a new tcu and flashed the ecu, but the problem keeps coming back. It sounds like a bad ground or battery terminal to me.
Any tips would be appreciated!

(with the minimal info provided...)
if you're getting a random power loss then yes looking at grounds or battery is a good place to start.
what about exterior lights, and even interior lights? do they drop as well?
that'll potentially help you to narrow down which ground(s) to look at.

The entire car just shuts off, and starts right back up as if nothing's wrong. I did notice that the battery terminal connections are loose and can't be tightened anymore, I'll start there.
