Electronic "bleeding"
Many car dealers in the second-hand car game use "cheap" mechanics to sort out the problems in the cars they sell. However, cheap is how cheap does, and the result is as you have found it. 'Twas ever thus. Don't forget, a second-hand car often has been traded in for something else simply because it has issues with faults/bad maintenance etc., and a buyer of this will also buy a can of worms along with the vehicle. I've come to EXPECT problems with any second-hand car nowadays.
The above illustrates the usefullness of websites such as this, and it's often the case you will find more professionalism here than out in the real world of second-hand car sales.

This is very true Leedsman and tbh i didn't expect to get perfect for the money but at least the dealer was as good as his word and now i am in direct contact with the guy doing the work.He has told me that the car is in great overall condition and once this fault is cured (by monday at latest) i have got a really good car.
