hi there everyone im new here and need some help.
i bought a voyager le 2.0 r reg last week but the radio wasnt working after some investigation i found that the memory fuse had blown so job done only problem i have now is that i need to enter the radio code which i have but the third digit is a 9 and i dont know how to enter a 9 as there is only buttons 1-6 on the radio so that is my question how to enter numbers higher than 6

any help would be much appreciated

 

use to first four numbers then press them ie if the first number is 8 then press it 8 times

 

hi sorry call me thick but your reply didnt make any sense the code is only 4 digits in lenght and the 3rd digit is a nine

 

blingy: it makes sense to me. If your third digit is a nine, then press the number three nine times. Number three becouse you are entering a digit of a 3rd field and nine times to rise it's value from one to nine.

 

hi thanks that makes more sense now but it doesnt work when i press the third button all it does is enters number 3 in the third and the fourth then tells me codes worng and locks for 2 hours

i hope this makes sense the numbers dont rise

for instance if i press the 3 key more than once it just enters a 3 in each space.

 

any luck blingy ??? i have same problem with an 8
