Default front air con very cold rear air con hot, please help

Hi To all
I have just been to my local KwikFit to have my air con recharged, in the front its working perfect, but in the back all I get is warm air from floor or roof, it is a 2005 Chrysler Grand Voyager Limited XS 3.3 auto petrol.
What could be the problem or where should I look?
Thanks for all of your help
Jason

Where is the blend air door/motor located in the rear of a 2008 Town & Country.
