2005 Chrysler grand voyager

My heater motor was making a groaning noise when in use ( like a worn bush), and then stopped working, heat now comes out but not blown,

Is my motor gone, or resistor , maybe both

Would a heater blower from a voyager be suitable for a grand voyager
