Default Front lower suspension arm bush replacement

My 2.8 CRD has been clonking over bumps for quite a while now.

Just had it MOT'd and it passed, but with advisories that both front lower suspension arm rear mount bushes are deterioted. Also one of the sway bar bushes are deterioted (no surprises there)

Have any of you replaced the lower arm bushes? Do they need pressed in or are they fairly easy to replace?

Thanks for that Dan. Mine is a 2004, so I'll bear in mind the sleeve getting stuck.
