Default Is the hazard light switch illuminated?

Hi All, This is my fourth day of proud ownership of a 2001 grand voyager 2.5ltd. I am just getting used to all the switches but noticed last nightin the dark the hazard warning light switch (four ways with red triangle) was not illuminated like the heated seat and rear wiper switches. Is this normal or has a bulb blown? If this is the case how do you remove the switches to change the bulb?
Many thanks Mark

It is supposed to be illuminated. The light bulb has either blown or it has come off the board as it is just glued there. You will have to open the center console and then the strip that has this row of buttons.
