heater problem 2005 grand voyager 3.3 v6 uk spec
my problem is there is a constant blow of cold air to the passenger foot well , doesn't matter where i set the heater controls just a constant blow of cold are coming from passenger foot well,
warm are is coming from passenger vents and i can change the direction where the air blows ..
even when i set the controls to warm\feet the passenger foot well will get slightly warmer but there is still the constant blow of cold air when i set the controls to forward only warm air comes out of the correct vents but cold air is blasting in the passenger foot well
any help would be appreciated

Just read about a similar problem on another forum. The problem turned out to be a missing cabin air filter cover. Air would enter the HVAC system, flow across the blower and immediately dump into the passenger compartment.
Replacing the cover fixed the problem.

Funny you mention that, I had the same problem and never figured it out... Until recently, when I was upside down with my head down the passenger seat footwell (don't ask!) I noticed the gap, and reaching in realising that it was the cabin heating filter.
And yes, I had the cover missing too. I reached for my usual quick-fix solution (stripey gaffa tape) and sealed it up, and it worked great, no more complaints from passenger their legs are constantly getting freezing air on them.
If anyone can explain a better solution than the tape though I'd love to know as the tape keeps coming off as can't get a decent grip.
