Unhappy Help Please 2003 Town & Country

Van is in Limp Mode. Replaced input and output sensor still wont get out of 1st gear and codes still reading P0732 & P0700.

Transmission control system malfunction and 2nd gear ratio.
Is this a Diesel or petrol and what engine...Petrol issue is on here...

From what little I know on the subject gear ratio errors are an indication of slipping. You've eliminated one cause - in/out sensors. Have you tested the sensor circuits back to the TCM? You could have the clutch volume index numbers (CVI) read by a shop. These values indicate the amount of wear on the clutch pads. If they are out of spec you'll have to have the tranny rebuilt. Pad debris in the fluid pan is another indication.
