Default Help with warm ac

I have a 2006 town and country limited with a new ac compressor, new dryer, new expansion valve in the front, and 42lbs of pressure on the low side, and in the hundreds on the high side (I can't remember the exact number). But my ac only blows 60 degree air when it's 85 out. The ac engages fine but only blows slightly cold air during fresh air mode or recirculating. It has never been really cold the 2 years I have owned it. I checked the in cabin air filter and its new. I temporarily blocked the heater core thinking it was warming the air back up with no luck. All the flaps in the cabin seem to switch locations fine. I'm lost as to what else I can do to cool this bad boy down, any help would be appreciated.

I think it was 2.4 lbs. I put in what it said under the hood on the sticker.

both radiator fans are running, the outside coil is also clear. I just tested the air temp again. It's 88 out and the air coming out of the front vents are 68 and 67 out of the back roof vents.
