My turbo isn't working I've been told that the actuator isn't working how do i fix it

 

Told its Turbo Actuator. Well there's an answer. Cuts out our guessing but cuts that way, in a way. Could be that operating solenoid valve that comes up quite often of course. Well anyway you wanted to know about it, well its down back of engine, so get in there and view from above or think you can see more from below.
